Stettler Family Day Homes is an agency which contracts with families in our community to provide child care for parents requiring quality care. By screening and safety checking our potential child care educators, our goal is to ensure the health, safety and developmental progression of all children in agency day homes. Licensed Day Homes will have this Red Door at the entrance of their home
History
Stettler Family Day home has had a contract (to provide care), with the Alberta Government since 1985. The agency operates under the umbrella of the Stettler Regional Child Care Society.
Current Providers
We currently have 11 Day Home Providers in and around Stettler. Providers and all adults living in the home under go a screening process which includes but not limited to; reference checks, criminal record checks with the vulnerable sector check, child intervention check.
